I designed and had this cue built from David.

http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=195594

I specifically asked for the best shaftwood he had and the shafts came from very old, original stock that he kept I think for specific request. Dave said this was about the end of that stock of his oldest shaftwood.

I asked for the butt to be 15 oz, and the shafts to be 4.25 +.

Once I got this cue to the pool hall from Dave, I think a couple guys immediately ordered cues from him.

I think I nailed the design. I asked Dave for "grainy" ebony and he said he had some great blackwood that might not be quite as dark but would have the great grains in the wood I was looking for in cue.

I ordered the cue with black linen wrap and it was really a great cue. But another pretty girl walks by and sometimes your eyes follow it.

I dont know the seller from Adam (or Eve), but I can recommend the cue highly and the shafts are to die for.

Sorry for butting in, but this is a great players cue, with some really nice work in it.

Ken

Thanks for the kind words ken. This kikel is one heck of a player with monster shafts.
