4 ready to ship.

2 new titlists for me

Thanks for the compliments.

The cues are shipped. Happy customers on Friday.

I had that old brown bumper collecting dust for years and finally found a decent place to put it. Cueballdg (Dan) stopped by today to see the cues. He thought the brown bumper was a nice touch. He also thought the Ivory stitch rings in the Rosewood hoppy cue were beautiful. This is the first time I've made Ivory rings with veneer stitching and I now have a new favorite. I'll be using these again.
He's a sucker for Titlist conversions and like all three.

Well, I have the brown bumper one coming and can't wait to see it up close and personal.

The top one looks nice, too. And I see you have a regular diamond in the butt on the top one and a notched in the points. Should be interesting.

The rings on both of mine look pretty cool to me.

Did you test hit them?

I didn't get to hit them. After Dan left I rushed to the post office.

They all look great. My favorite is your Diamond cue. The Diamond on the butt is notched it's just different. It's 5 inlays put together to make a notched diamond. Now that the cue is finished I wish I would of made the outside inlays Ivory and the center diamond bloodwood. The bloodwood blends with the butt wood and makes the inlay look smaller. Ivory on the outside would show more detail.

I didn't notice the bloodwood in the picture but now that you mention it, I can see something red around the diamond. Maybe tomorrow or the next day. If tomorrow, I'll bring it home. If Friday, I'll bring it home Monday.

(I ride the train home with the wife except for league nights Monday and Thursday when I take the earlier train home )
