Where can I buy 5/16 sq feather stripping?

typical featherstrip are 5/16 x 1/4, these are easy to find. Are you sure you need a non-standard size

I had the 1/4 x 5/16 with the rounded bottom the last time I recovered the rails and the 1/4 was too narrow. I used one piece because I had too and built it up with tape to make it tight. I am pretty sure the Connelly has 5/16 sq.

I just got off the phone with Connelly and their feather strips are 9/32 square.
