5th Annual 2010 US Amateur Open @ Emerald Billiards

haha...no worries....you ought to know by now that 90% of the stuff that comes out my mouth is b/s..but on a serious note...I sure hope this tournement does well & is the start off something...would be a win win all the way around if would become one of the few tourney's that every pool player has on their must do list.

i agree this will be a start of something great we need something like this in Louisiana

Thanks keith an Dragon promotion:thumbup:

What day does the PRO Classic actually start?
How much will the tickets be to watch the Pro Tournament?

Nicest pool room in Louisiana ever

:) I used to own Racketeers in New Orleans which was in a building that once was a gambling casino owned by Meyer Lansky and Bugsy Seagel.
We had 27 tables and put on some real good tournaments (128 players, $40,000 calcuttas. We lost our lease and I intended to one day put up
another nice room but I have to admit that Emeralds could not be
surpassed. It's beautiful, spacious, affordable, and the ultimate place to hold big events. The owner, Keith Hulin is a super nice guy who loves our game of pool and I would hope that everyone attends this great special event in August. Unfortunately I won't be able to make the whole event because I coach high school football and we start back in late July. Keith and his wife have created a special place, so I say thanks from the pool
community.

Mike, are you planning on shooting in any of the events. Kevin plans to play both the 8-Ball and 9-Ball. I wont be able to take enough vacation for the 8-Ball, so im only playing in the 9-Ball. Im still open to the room offer if you still plan on going.

Mitch,I am planning on 8-ball and 9-ball plus watching some of the pros.
Unless I'm still in after saturday I'll leave saturday evening, for the Garfish rodeo Sunday.
Its right near my camp and we usually make it a long weekend.
I doubt my wife will want to come to New Iberia,so I'm sure we can work something out.
