75 so far at Steve Mizerak's Senior event

Just got off the phone with Scott Smith. As of 5:00 PM EST, they have 75 people signed up for the tournament.

I have to run out of town for a couple hours tonight, but the brackets will go up late tonight.

Going to be fun following Sigel's progress in his first event back.

This tournament sounds like a complete success.

A seniors tournament with 75 guys that are 50 years or older, which is incredulous, and the added bonus of the cameo appearance by Mike Sigel.

I can't wait to see the charts to see the names of all of the participants.

Manlyshot, I hope Mike's appearance turns out to be more than just a cameo. I for one would love to see the "Captain", as well as Ms Balukas make a lasting comeback. Best of luck Steve. It sounds like a winner in the making.
 
I was just there earlier and I had a chance to watch Sigel play. I was standing four feet away from him at the players bench. He seemed to be in good form. There were a lot of good players there a lot of them I have never seen or heard of before but they were all pretty good. The guy that Sigel was playing with was pretty good and played some really good safeties. It was pretty crowded in Mizeraks. I didnt stay very long
 
The first batch of updates are up on the brackets and Sigel is 2-0 so far. Ron Park took him to 8 before Sigel won it, so that should give some indication of how he was playing in that match at least.
