760 bed cloth/860 rails

Does it matter? If the rail cloth seems good (because a mechanic says it is)-can you redo the bed only and have a good result?

Is the cloth (860 vs 760 ) the biggest factor in how the rails play, or is it more to do with how tight or loose the cloth is stretched over the rubber?

ps/I'm not installing the cloth/just buying it.

The quality of the cushions is the better factor in how rails play.
Other then a color mismatch you probably won't notice much difference with the cloth mix when installed correctly.
