If this shots so easy why in the 100's or maybe 1000's of times I've seen a pro in this position he or she never tried to masse it? Johnnyt

To masse a shot like you are explaining the cue would have to be completely vertical. In the APA in Monmouth and Ocean Counties of New Jersey the APA does not allow the back hand on the cue to be above the shoulder. Therefore, unless you can hold your back hand much lower than a regular masse then shot would be illegal.
