These are from 1990 to 1995, these are not the new ones that Mike is starting to make again, these are the ones that I have collected and purchased from 1990 until late last year.

NO this situation has never benn "finalized". You have made no attempt to contact me. I was living with brain71 at the time of the transaction so I undrstand his involvement. Considering half of the DVDs were his anyway. You are a worhtless human. Just send back my property and he and I will go away. Simple as that.

SomeTin4u, You might know me, I have the Pro Shop

that was located right next to the Crooked Cue Pool Hall. I am involved in the Apple League on Monday Night and the APA league on Thursday night. I am the guy who is on the crutch with no right hip and has the 6 inch lifted shoe. Anwyay, if you want to call me, or PM me, I would be happy to pass the DVD's to you as long as, Pumkinhead, agrees to this, so I dont have to listen if something happens to them after they leave my hands.

The DVDs are still sealed in the small USPS flat rate box that you shipped it to me in. I will be happy to meet with JIM and I will confirm that the DVDs are in the box, I will take the DVDs out of the box, spread them out onto the Pool Table and Take pictures of all the DVDs and then I will get a signed acceptance sheet from JIM that he is taking possession of the DVDs, the number of DVDs and from there all responsibility is between JIM and Pumokinhead.

However, I will tell JIM up front, these are copied, Pirated, Bootleg DVDs and I need you to be aware of this fact and that when you choose how to ship, make sure to use to USPS mailing center, unless you understand that the shipping of Pirated DVDs or copied materials, is punisheable of up to 5 years in Prison for each DVD and a fine of up to $100,000 for each DVD.

I dont want to expose another AZ member to legal ramifications, unless they know up front that they are fully aware of these facts.

JIM, please PM me and I will give you my phone number and we can set a time to meet at the Crooked Cue pool hall and I will get the box of DVDs to you.

I play in the Crooked Cue and believe I have seen you in there. I was playing with James Roberts and I think you were on the first diamond playing with a kid named Billy.

I am heading to Crooked Cue tomorrow evening but you can leave them with Buddy or Janet but I will PM you for the info.

With all the Craziness of this whole deal, I will only transfer

possession in person. And as I had stated, I will take pictures of everything that is in the box, so there is no discrepancies when, PUMKINHEAD gets the DVDs, I can see something being claimed, so I am taking pictures of everything and getting a sign off on the transfer of these, Pieces of Poison.

So, call me I will normally be their about 8:00pm or about, so confirm with mem because I have to go to my shop and pick up the box and pick my camera up. Which is no problem, just want to make it as simple and easy as possible.

And yes, I believe I was playing Billy and Jimmy Both, but you cant miss me, I am the only guy in the Pool Hall that Has to get around the table on a crutch and has the 6 inch shoe lift. The call me, 'Gimpy'. Just kidding, call me 'Mike or Cueman'

When I get the box to you, I get you a business card, in case you need anything in the future, I will take care of you for getting involved in this.

Sounds good to me. Pm sent with address. Thanks again. I can't for the life of me figure out why assdonkeyass hasn't tried to get this straightened out earlier. I'm as sick of having him called out as everyone is reading this bullcrap. I'll let everyone know as soon as I get my property back.
 
SUMTIN4U (JAMES) and I ACEDONKEYACE (MIKE)- R MEETING TONIGHT AT CROOKED CUE

I will be giving him the DVDs, he will sign a receipt of DVDs and also I will be taking pictures of the DVDs and the BOX that these DVDs originally came in so you can see exactly what we have been dealing with.

From there, JAMES stated that he has talked to PUMKINHEAD and he has approved that SUMTIN4U has his authorization to take over the DVDs and whatever happens with them from there is on JAMES and PUMKINHEAD, and has nothing to do with me (ACEDONKEYACE)

Hope this will bring an end to this issue and answer the accusations, that I SOLD these dvds or traded them to someone else, or that I copied all of these DVDs, NONE OF THESE ISSUES ARE TRUE, ALL OF THE ACCUSATIONS ARE FALSE AND LIES!!

So, there is the update and I will confirm the transfer of the DVDS to JAMES and have evidence of the transfer and the Pictures of the DVDs.
