Would you agree to add the rule of making the winning shot on 9 ball (making the 9 ball on a legal shot) a call pocket shot?

Except for the break shot, if you break and make the 9 you win. After the break, you have to call the pocket where the 9 ball goes.

Having a poll and a few posters agree with you in these small numbers will get you NO WHERE.

You need to approach the organizations that change the rules.
Then you will truly find out how difficult it is to get the rules changed.

All your reasons/justifications are amounting to personal gripes about the so called LUCK factor. Luck doesn't come into play that much anyway. You have to have skill to win on a consistent basis.
Why is this so difficult to understand?

Start your own league... or host your own tournament... you can make the rules any way that you want them. :thumbup2:
