Get ready folks. This is gonna be a great one. I'm looking forward to giving updates as they happen. This is a race to 7.

Archer has used his buyback, so he must win to continue. Shane is still undefeated. They're warming up now.
 
Shane breaks dry. Johnny has a clean 1-ball. The 5-ball is really the only problem.

No problem for Johnny Archer though.

Archer 1 - 0 Van Boening
 
Archer makes a ball on the break. Cue in the middle of the table with a shot on the 1-ball. All in a days work for the Scorpion.

Control passes back and forth. Shane finally finishes rack #2.

Archer 1 - 1 Van Boening

Appleton vs Luat
Morra vs John Smith
Souquet vs Van Corteza
Pinegar gets the bye this round.
 
Van Boening breaks dry again. Gotta change something.

Archer has an open, routine table. He's out.

Archer 2 - 1 Van Boening
 
Archer is breaking with all the power he has. Super slamming the break.

Unfortunately, he isn't left much and is going to play safe.

Van Boening comes to the table looking at a very tough kick shot. Van Boening intentionally fouls, giving Archer BIH.

Archer tries to runout and does.

Archer 3 - 2 Van Boening
 
Archer breaks with all his might and makes 2 balls on the break. A dream layout for Archer. He is almost certainly going to run this rack.

Archer shoots the 9-ball in and scratches in the side pocket. Instead of it being 4-2, now it's 3-3.

Van Boening breaks dry.

Archer shoots the 1-ball down the long rail and bobbles it. The 1-ball looked up and saw it was Archer and then fell in at the last second. :smile:

Archer is falling out of position. Seems to be still irritated by scratching on the last 9-ball. Forced to kick at the 3-ball and gets rewarded.

Van Boening has to kick at the 3-ball. Good hit. Archer misses a tough shot. Van Boening has a combo. Misses. Archer has a real chance at getting out now.

Archer runs the table.

Archer 4 - 3 Van Boening
 
Archer breaks and gets one in. Nice layout. He should be out. Lots of natural shape shots. Archer seems to be getting more action off his breaks than Shane. Shane hasn't made a ball on any of his breaks so far.

Archer gets out.

Archer 5 - 3 Van Boening
 
My feed kept freezing and my Media player kept flashing my screen black and locking up my computer so I rebooted and now it says WMP cannot find the codec. Anyone have any idea?
 
Players take a quick break.

Archer breaks dry. Shane comes to the table and looks to play a safe immediately. Someone flashes a picture flash in Shanes' face while he's down on his shot! :angry: What an idiot. Nice safe play by Shane.

Archer kicks 1 rail and scratches in the side pocket. BIH for Shane.

Shane hasn't really had a chance at the table in awhile. Shane pockets the 1 and 2. Sets up a brilliant safety on the 3-ball. Johnny's gonna kick three rails. He misses. Johnny is on 2 fouls.

Shane now tries to get Johnny on three fouls. Plays safe. Johnny fouls for the third time in a row.

You may need to go to the Microsoft site and load the Windows Media Player 11. The same thing was happening to me.
