Looks like a pretty nice little cue..I would say in this market $150-$200..It's a pretty tough sale out there these days..Good luck..
 
I saw one go for $200 when the market was better, I think you might still get that, what is the weight?, condition?, does it roll straight? This cue I believe is an 86-(?), I owned one with the same ring work.
 
It really is in nice condition. The previous owner used it briefly in college then stuck it in an it's George 1x2 for 15 years. It looks straight enough to me and I can throw it on a lathe to make sure next week sometime.
