If my Ron Thomas had a cup in the top to hold a few items like some of the ones I have seen, I would downsize and start carrying it instead of the luggage I do now. I bought one to hold a cue that is near and dear to my heart. I love the simplicity.

I carried a Fellini for about ten years. Loved it, consider myself lucky to still have it.
If you are used to "luggage" then a piece of chalk and a scuffer in your pocket just seems too simple, but that's how I lived with carrying my cue in a Fellini.
I can't imagine having all those fine cases, let alone what they have in them.

I carried a Fellini for about ten years. Loved it, consider myself lucky to still have it.

I think things have become too complicated with cases.
This style of case is so often seen as a storage means these days, but such cases were meant to be used and were used very much. The worn condition of many Fellini cases is testimony to this fact.
For me, less is more with cases.
When I grow up I will have a collection like yours....and I want the Schon version, and an early (70's) Meucci one as well. I would love to have one example of each of the great makers of this style of case someday, and a fine period correct cue for each of them.
