Really nice cues. I still have two McDermotts from 1979, one very similar to second from the far end on the right. Mine is pressed linen wrapped not leather. Somehow, a friend who I let use it chipped the joint collar and neglected to mention it. I will probably sent to Proficient Billiards to have it fixed. They are nice cues and hold sentimental value to me.
Nice collection.

Super! I think any player can appreciate the hit each of these offers. Good players and good looks. Nice collection of McD's . That's what I played with in the mid Eighties. Matt D.

Nice collection.

If you are talking the cue with the red points that is one cue from the farthest right, that is a C-14 from the 1980-84 catalog. I have the same cue with the linen wrap as well. I have had it since new from the factory, but I sent it back for a refinish a couple years back. I always wondered what it would look like with a leather wrap because I was contemplating changing mine to leather when I had it redone.

This cue plays so good I sold my Richard Black custom that I had him make for me. The McDermott played better in my opinion.

That is a great collection of McDermott's. I know a
gentleman who has the entire D-series of 26 cues.
Brings back great memories of yesteryear, and oh
yes, they're great players. I still have a D-1 that I
wouldn't take a thousand dollars for, it plays too
good and it's very sentimental. I know it's not even
worth a 1/3 of that, but that's beside the point.

Congrats on a sweet collection and thanks for showing.

Is #2 a D6? I had one and loved it, would like another. However, I don't remember the rings above and below the Charlie Brown (I always called it that as it looks like his shirt a bit) pattern in the sleeve.

I had second cue on left from 84 to 90 and wow wish never sold that cue man was it a great player. Happen to have 1 played outstanding.

I have the Chess cue, it has a SS joint, which you don't see to often on the McDermotts. My wife shoot with it now, may try to throw up a picture later today. Pretty nice cue, but I like the 3/8x10, so this one had to go, Was going to sell it and she grabbed it.
