A Grateful Thanks to RKC and Josh Ebert

I'm just taking the time to give a huge THANK YOU to both RKC and Josh Ebert for taking the time out of their holiday schedule to answer questions that a good friend of mine in Ohio had about his 9' Bailey table.

I may never get a chance to meet either one of these gentlemen but I was privy to the conversations on the phone when my buddy called each of them.

To me, it speaks volumes about their own individual commitments to their profession in helping other folks who own tables that simply want their table to play at its best.

Perhaps my show of gratitude is insufficient in this case but it is all I can personally offer.

They both took time out of their holiday schedule to field his questions and provide him the best possible answers at the time.

RKC: I know it was extremely early for you when he called and he did enjoy hearing your knowledge and your recommendation of Josh to him.

Josh: He is looking forward to seeing you first part of December.

I'm not saying the average amateur home owner with a furniture table aren't just as important to our business. Sometimes though, they wouldn't know the difference between us and anyone else in the phone book. It's nice to hear from someone who appreciates the way we do business.
