A great big THANK YOU

I would like to give a great big thank you to a couple people on here
BHQ, and CUEGIRL.

I am a husban and father of four and a few weeks ago at 3:30am we had a house fire and lost almost everything but thank GOD everybody got out ok and thats whats important. So i put my cues on here for sale to buy clothes for my kids when CUEGIRL saw that she not only bought the cues she went out and bought $300. worth of clothes for my kids and if i wouldnt accept the clothes she wouldnt buy the cues. I dont really know how to say thank you enough to someone with such generosity that dosent know me and lives a 1000 miles away so all the good rep and a big thank in my prayers everynight to a GREAT GREAT person CUEGIRL.


It dosent end there BHQ read that i was cueless and once again with out knowing me and living a 1000 miles away is sending me a cue to use. He said its an old cue he made when he first started and thinks its ugly. Well Mr Brent right now I think it's the nicest cue i've ever seen in my life and will use it proudly.

So a great big THANK YOU to two people that out of scheer generostiy and kindness of there heart helped out a compleat stranger you two will be in my prayers forever.

It is very cool to hear stories like this. There are a couple people who have went way out of their way for me as well. They know who they are and they know how greateful I am.

I have a dilemma. BHQ or an Eddie Wheat cue?:rolleyes: I wonder. It is nice to hear good things about a cuemaker.

the cue wasnt really all that ugly
it was F*** UP, destined for the woods behind my shop
but it has the sweetest piece of curly for a handle
so i told razor he could have it, if he ever gets something else, send it back and i'll cut the handle out and use it for a front in another cue

yup, thats me...and I told you the reason why I WAS gonna quit, but after talkin to a few people here and offline, I have since come to my senses. I enjoy playing way too much to just quit like that...I just need to lower my stress level and start thinking more clearly, which should be done here shortly. I'm just waiting on a judge to send me my divorce decree in the mail and some of my stress will be gone!! Then its on to other stressful issues in my life for now

i know bud, been thru times like that myself
how many times do ya think i was ready to bulldoze my shop down?
make sure she dont get custody of the cues!!!!! ;)
gotta go now, bulldozer is here now :grin:
