I was out and about Saturday night looking to play a little pool. I went to a place called Buffalo Jump south of Livingston on the way to Yellowstone National Park. Found something interesting that I had never seen before, a newspaper for pool call the Break. I asked around about it and the locals told me it's the best place to look for pool tournaments so I did. It had some of the different listings that is above in oldzilla's post.
From May 27th through June 5th vnea int'l championships and to my surprise it was being streamed live at otbntv.com
And everyone is right this would make a great month to watch pool on my computer and into June. If anybody else has any dates I would be interested to see them. Hope to see everyone online.

just a bump

TYVM Meezer Girl. Every time i see you i have to laugh about the line on Oscar vs Morra that you got backwards. Mainly because your offer was jumped on and you won easily ! Morra was a 10 game or so fave and you gave 10 games away. I tried to defend you but pulled up due to critizism. Rightfully so it seemed for me to be wrong killing someones action. After it was over it turns out i was glad i did not queer the action for you, hehe. I hope you collected with no problems. You are the linebuster of the year Meezer Girl !!!

LOL - yeah that was a major "typo" huh  Lucky for me that I was forgiven and allowed to correct it  No problem collecting.

I have to tell you that when I saw the post that SVB & Frost were going to play on a bar box I about jumped out of my seat. You don't know how bad I wanted to give someone Frost & 10 games for $1000. I had my post all typed up then decided that (as a newbie) no one would take it seriously & if they did they didn't know me anyway and how would I collect when I won :frown:

You going to BCA Nationals ??

Hello , Meezer Girl. If you read this send me a PM and tell what events/ divisions you will be in. Oh and your name(if you don't mind of course) so i can watch for your progress to the finals !

A learning experience for both !

It was a very close match. Momentum went back and forth. I think Melinda has a little edge on shot making and Borana has a little edge on cueball control.

Borana has alot of good fundamental traits in working order. Just needs more experience.

Melinda how ever needs to work on those same fundamentals and she would be able to control her cueball better. That would put her way ahead next time.

Bottom line is cueball control is more important than being a shot maker !

Results are now in the original post.
