A must read on improvement

Two thumbs up.:thumbup::thumbup:

Thanks one pocket John and mvp.

I would think that if you wanted to play better one pocket you might want to play more 3C or Bank Pool and One Pocket along with as always working to perfect your fundamentals. I am pretty sure Efren and a few others have proven that as well.

Thank you to all.
The read is also available on DVD from Amazon. I have the DVD's and listen to them while driving. Had to put Pandora on the back burner for a while. :(
The read is about improving anything that you want to improve.

Here are a few videos from YouTube that may help others to achieve their goals whether it be sports or your everyday profession.

This forum has always been special for this very reason.
I would like to thank you, sir, for bringing special pieces of wisdom like all of this to our attention.

Those videos contain really great messages that can be applied to many aspects of life, not just sports. I'll be reading the book this week and taking it all in.

Yesterday, I had my eleven year old son watch the videos. He has recently hit a rough patch in his training at his fencing academy, a few losses in tournaments which he felt he should have done better.

But it's a part of the giant learning curve as explained by your material.
Needless to say, he was back at practice last night working harder than I ever seen him before.

Thanks for posting this.

I have 4 sons all in their mid to late 40's. They understand the value of failing at something. Their all doing well now.

You may want to look at this video. The DR. has many videos so don't stop there.
