Here's all you'll ever need to know about Russ. Of course there are many, many, many more threads where he's been a complete a$$ but these two come to mind. (Do a search of his posts sometime when you're bored and you'll see that in your thread he is being completely hypocritcal in his attacks against you)

That is the result of me looking for cues all over the internet all day yesterday and making this thread out of frustration because i thought expensive cues were made with real ivory but it turns out it's mostly not.

So while in the process of finding cues, people thought me a few things about cue materials and such, so it's natural that i made 81 posts, look how big this thread became.

This thread brings up an interesting situation for me. Ive been looking for a high end cue for a while, but cant find one that completely suits me. Ive found a couple of Joseys or Paul Motteys that I really like but didnt pull the trigger. If I do find one that I am about to buy, how would I go about finding out if the ivory is genuine or not? There is no way in hell I would buy a high end cue with lots of white in it without the ivory being 100% off the tusks of an elephant, or a wooly mammoth.

It's fine, i got all the information i needed out of the thread out of those who actually helped me with this subject.

Sorry to say smokeandapancak but you offered me no help but yet you are the one who's complaining that this thread is now off topic.
