A review of Keller's Pro Justa Bridge

I have one that I'll never use again if anyone's interested.

I had the opposite experience, did not like it at all. The feeling of my shaft going across the felt irritated me and the bulky size was a huge issue.

Dang it!

I snoozed- I losed.

At the right price it could have been the replacement felt source I'm looking for. As the demo video discusses-originally-replacement felt was available when it was Keller's deal. I think he sold or licensed it to another outfit. Sure would like to find new felts without haveing to make em.

If you don't already have one-I think you will like it-alot.

Take care

Ralf Souquet carries one in his bag or did when they did the What's in your bag video that can be found on YouTube. Also it is the bridge that is used at a lot of pro events. A new one that just came out and was used at the SuPer Billiards Expo at Valley Forge in 2010 is the EzBridge and EzJump shown at www.ezbridge.us

This device is extremely innovative! Are any prominent pros using it?

I'd have to think if ... for example ... Archer whipped one out for a couple shots during the Mosconi Cup, that'd probably provide quite the buzz!

I know I'm not quite on his level, but if the owner sends me one and $10,000 I will not only use it, but I'll even tell people where they can get one. I know, I know... I'm just that kinda guy.

I don't think he has sold. I did have an email address but unable to find it now. They now have 2 sizes. The original didn't fit my 13mm break cue but the new larger size does. Some one out there should have the email where you can order replacement felt. I will keep looking and post it if I find it. I last emailed with Larry in early 2009.

Keller's Bridge

i have heard many things about my own bridge, made in china? my wife is chinese, but even she will not have parts made there. i make everything right here in the good ol'usa myself and assemble it in my living room watching tv in the evenings. the felt is replaceable, call me 502-802-9039 or send 5.50 to pba 5851 yeoman way citrus heights, ca. 95610 i will be more than glad to send you a pair "2" replacements and yes they only come in white. dying them we have found makes them swell and breakdown the glue compound that holds felt together.
to those of you that have a difficult time using it, "PRACTICE" it's like riding a bike, remember when you started? at first you were a little "wabbly" after awhile got use to it, over time you became better, some go on to become PRO'S but keep in mind those ones "PRACTICE" some say i don't use a bridge, but the real question there would be, do you really know how to play the game of pool if you don't know how to use a bridge?

keller's ball polisher

i now make a ball polisher, no liquids or polishes needed, worked with felt company have designed a felt with polishing compound in the glue that holds felt fiber together. so all you have to do is wash balls with damp cloth, rub off some bad scuffs drop in polisher and let run for few minutes, does four balls at a time, and affordable for the home user.

I've sold a few over the last few years. Most buyers liked it and it held up well. My only complaint is that when the cue slides over the felt, there is too much resistance and I feel like I have to "push" it through the felt. Also, the felt does get blued by the shaft going over it. I love to use the upright position to shoot over balls!

"I didn't buy replacement felt first time around. If anybody comes up with replacement felts-let me know please.

It's a cool bridge -works well. good exposure. A little pricey-but not out of line considering the protection the felt provides to shaft-especially if you're cranking up the speed for a bridge shot (hate that shaft grindage from some plastic bridges)".

Favourite bridge head ever!

Great review on an awesome product, my favourite bridge head to use with costly custom cues by far. Reason: watch a hard draw shot in slow motion on video, one will notice the cue bends ever so slightly hitting the cue ball below center, thus jumps up from the bridge after contact, and falls right back onto it. Now think of shooting that type of shot with e.g. a wonderful dent-free 20-year-old birdseye maple (softer surface than straight grain!) shaft... :(

Greetings from Switzerland, David.

Bridge

I would like to buy one and I figured the logical place to buy it would be AZ Billiards but I couldn't find it on their site.

Awesome bridge. None taller that I have seen. Bought mine in Vegas for $29 no tax. Seen for $45 plus tax!!! Vegas is great place for any equipment. It does loosen a little as you use it several times. Just pull down right before using it and will tighten up. Be prepared to loan it out. They should pay me a commission as I have sold several of these by letting others use it.

Hmmm

You gotta be outta your mind not to have this little "wizard" in your bag at all times....stone freaking nuts. I don't rave about much, but this is one of the few I will.......
