Here's a position that comes up more than players wish.
Where trying to play 3 cushions, (long, short, long) with a Big 3rd around the corner is difficult because tryin to contact ball 2 very thin is really hard, and the player is afraid of the, 'Kiss.'
I've found throughout the years that, 'Playing the kiss' is the Best shot.
BTW, the first couple of times I played this shot in a game, my opponents said, "You got lucky!" I just smiled.
