Tad cues have always been a favorite of mine so when this one came to me for a refinish I decided to get some pictures of it and share with the group.

Nice work, Bryan. Every time I look at a cue you have worked on or made and the absolutely awesome skill you have in finishing or refinishing, I am AMAZED! The finish looks like glass! It is SOOOO nice! How in the world do you get it that SMOOTH? I don't want your trade secrets, since I'm not a cue maker, but it would be awesome to know the amount of work it takes to get it that smooth and clear. Did I say AWESOME? Okay....nuff said.....

Zim, that cue is almost a standard no points Tad.Zims Rack said:
Tad also makes a "players' cue". Non-stainless steel collar with a 3/8 12 pin.
Tad still uses the same finish he's been using for years to this day. He does not use auto finish. Probably for health and environmental reasons.
Bryan, the cue looks great. What type of clearcoat do you or did you use on the Tad? Joey what kind of clearcoat does Tad use if he doesnt use an auto finish?
