I too have been Abigailed. I would like to know how widespread this was on the forum, and to try to figure whether it was a random selection or whether some criteria were used.

There was another thread on AZB recently in which someone was asking for prayers for a very sick 4-year old little girl named Abigail.

I assumed that my responding to that particular thread was the source of the email that I got.

I don't think I viewed that thread, so at the very least, there must be other factors involved. However, I responded to one or two other threads from members requesting prayers.
 
Did anyone that went to the website end up getting a cookie from (cc-dt.com)? I hadn't done a spyware scan since Thursday or so, and when I just performed the scan, that's the one that was identified.
 
So you guys are basically saying that it was a bad idea for me to give her my bank account information, SS#, DOB, and Mother's Maiden Name?

naw, all that stuff is fine to give out, just don't let her know your AZB account password
 
yeah, I visited her site and replied that, since she was an intellectual, we didn't have anything in common besides pool.

I was abigail'd too. I haven't responded to any prayer requests and didn't view the post on the 4 year old abigail.

Please:cool: That thread was by Skins. I would imagine that it was sincere
and I would hope unrelated. Let's not over think this.:)

I only made the "connection" between the two as the email I got came from Abigail just a few hours after I responded to Skins posting for prayers for Abigail.

It's an odd coincidence and hopefully, nothing more than that. :)
