This interview from the horses mouth sheds much light as Dennis is very straight forward and tells it how it is from the beginning.
 
I hope someone was there to translate for Dennis. If I could I'd volunteer.
 
From Dennis's perspective, it sounds like it was mostly a personal issue with French. He said French was always getting into arguments with people and causing problems. And then right after the Ko match at Steinway, French left the impression that he was backing both players, causing people to question the match's fairness, which angered Dennis. And then the deceptive contract...

Thanks for doing the interview, it was interesting to hear, and I respect him more after hearing it. He's still got to work on that hand shake though. :D

The entire interview was interesting. More than once, it started to be a little confusing, but by the end of the interview all was crystal clear.
Thanks to Dennis for his willingness to do such an in depth and forthright interview, both about the Shane match and the Ko match.

And thanks to everyone at ABR for lining up such a time- sensitive session. Great timing. Very insightful.
