That was a great PPV showing. To get to see six of the best 1-hole players in the world in a round robin format was the nuts...and I'm not big on 1-hole. Anyone know how much it cost to become a Make It happen Sponsor? I couldn't find the info on their web site. Johnnyt
 
It was $300 USD. You got the stream access, all of the matches on DVD when its produced, a T-shirt/Mug and a signed pic of the players.

Thank you very much. The 15 DVD's are worth that if you just bought them for $19.95 a piece. Johnnyt
 
Really a great professional event. Loved that e erything was on schedule and the players dressed professional which is a big step. Id love to help be a sponser next time

The best match was the last one with shannon there was alot of moving and some great one hole was shown.

I agree with you on both points. The scheduling and the dress code were excellent. This made for a very enjoyable four days.
 
HEY, don't forget ONE LUCKY SPONSER won $1000 for picking 7 matches in a row !!!

It was called the Knock Out Contest for the sponsers only.

When you picked a loser you were knocked out.

Keep picking winners until one is left !

If you go to the event they give you a front row VIP seat and a set of headphones to listen to the commentators. They even have a discounted set of rooms at a nearby hotel and provide shuttle service from the airport and back and forth to the hotel each day.

It really is a heck of a deal. You get to watch the high quality stream, get the DVDs, shirt/mug ... but one of the coolest things is the signed 8x10 of all 6 players. I have the one from the 8 ball MiH invitational hanging up in my pool room and already have a spot picked out for the 1 pocket picture.

Gee Really Oldzilla? Someone won $1000 bucks too? Who could that have been? :)

Thank you for your hard work and personal commitment to the production of one of the best Online events EVER!

All aspects of the production were top notch. Six of the greatest players in history playing head to head; races to 3 for $1000, and a chance to collect a top prize for the best record. Great camera work, commentary, and production values. The players fought hard for every game, and agonized over every errant shot. I was on the edge of my seat from the first match until the final ball was struck.

The "10 Footer", the comments from Scott, and Shannon were 1 for, and 1 against, but Scott said the majority were against it. Personally, I couldn't see much difference, although I thought it gave an advantage to the players who had more 10 foot experience, Alex, and Shane. I would actually like to see this format done with a 9 footer next time.

The Shot Clock was a good addition to the event. There were a few times it came into play, but for the most part, the players took their shot with plenty of time to go.

I liked the dress code. That LOOKED like a PROFESSIONAL TOURNAMENT!

Those of us who love the game(s) of pocket billiards will forever be in your debt for all you have done to promote, and document the play, and players of the last 20+ years.

I agree with all of the above,,,,,,,,,,,very well done guys.

Reminds me of what they do with The Crucible World Championship they do in Snooker, which is this week btw.

American pool in general could learn something from them.

Again, very good job.
