Action at Toupee Jay's pad.

Yes Doc that's exactly what I heard too! Freddy even conceded that his game has fallen by the wayside. Hmm let me think about this for awhile.

I've yet to be in a pool hall where the regulars don't always utter those words............" I don't play anymore"

Everyone's game is rusty. No one is in their potential top speed. :D

If you don't believe me, go to the local action spot and ask them. :p

One Pocket Ghost came over to my house yesterday. Very cool. As usual I was dead out of stroke. Ghost didn't believe me when I told him I rarely play. I frequently go a month or two without hitting ball.

Yeah, here's the true story ^_^......That treacherous Jay told me he hadn't hit a ball in weeks, and that he should have hit some balls before I came over.....But the Ghost has been around for awhile, and it's not easy to 'put the wool over his eyes'.....The Ghost just happens to be friends with the ghost of Sherlock Holmes' and he taught me a few things.....So unbeknownst to Jay, when I first got to the house and we shook hands and he handed me a drink - I studied his fingernails and cuticles for CHALK RESIDUE ( the giveaway sign of a pool player who plays all the time ) - sure enough, there was the chalk residue buried all in his cuticles !

OK, seriously though, it was great visiting Jay and playing with him....His table plays great, and he was a great and genial host, offering food and drink ( although he didn't offer me the first break in our match, like a host should to his guest ^_^ ).....

.....and when it got later in the evening, after Vagabond left, Jay reallly showed why he can give anybody 10 to 6 in hosting - he made a phone call and 2 hot girls came over.......to be continued............Ghost
