Action in s.c. Im here 214.937.1972

so lets just say you hustlers have code of not knocking each other so we honest folks have a code too...dont allow people to fall prey to predators!thats what is wrong with our country today too much about the dough wasnt that way not so long ago people looked out for each other not defend wrongful actions! so ill just log off here and say no more as for as pool goes ill give it up too you all have shown me pool isnt cool!!!!! thx for all the responses good and bad!! just started apa anyways!

sounds like to me you all must know him and are friends!! in my generation we had a wood shed for people like that but today liberal lawyers would have a hayday with that, see the problem you guys go around scamming people and knowing all along a surveillance camera will save you from the ole wood shed beating

Thanks for the heads up Bcountry. When my good friend Tony B., who claims to be an APA 4 but plays one pocket like JJ, comes through Louisville I now know to steer clear.

I don't get why people are mad at Bcountry. The dude got lied to and didn't like it. That's all I took from it. Beating an APA 4 shouldnt scare people off.

I got a Ginacue for sale for $1500, first person to ship me the money gets it. Go for this please. Get the picture. One man's hustle or con is someone else's theft or robbery. Where I'm from you respect the shooter not the person that gets shot. Is what it is.

Wow, what an admirable way to face a differing opinion. Quit.

Effective I suppose but not very fruitful. While I hope you don't give up on a great game, I do indeed hope you give up on gambling at it. Doesn't appear you have the constitution for it.

BCountry, i just saw this bc believe it or not I work for a living and cant be on here all day. i am no hustler... i dont sit in pool halls all day... i just play good. and to be honest i dont see why all these ppl spend so much time getting good at pool and DONT gamble. If you wanna talk about honesty and integrity, why dont you tell them where we really played at...bc it wasnt Oklahoma buddy

whos trying to talk about a wood shed? ...anyway I got good by donating to better players... think of it as a cheap lessons

Knickerknocker blabberjabber!

so let me get this straight...anyone who gets hustled deserves a good old lesson!! so Bernie Madoff shouldnt have went to prison that scammed all those investors?

Hey bright one, a fool and his money are soon parted...YOUR A FOOL, BE THANKFUL IT WAS ONLY $200!!! As for your comparison to Bernie Madoff how about from now on all poker players should be required to play with their cards face up and go by the adage, "may the best hand win"!

So now you wanna quit...well...BYE! As far as you being a knocker, listen up... regardless of whatever business your in, how would you like it if a competitor in your realm just decided to start slandering your good name to all future prospective businessmen and women and in turn cost you future earnings to the point that you'd go bankrupt within a year? Well what you did in this thread to Barrington is exactly the same! You just slandered his name and cost him future earnings all because your a crybaby!

So long to another nameless knocker hidin' behind an alias and sponsored by Kleenex!!! See ya...

You gotta love that kleenex line.. haha

o.k. 1st, if you're ana apa 4 what the hell are you doing gambling? as a "4" you really can't run a rack, you shouldn't be able to play good safes. most 4's can barely kick and i'm willing to bet you can't jump a ball at all and if you can, not with any consistency. unless you're a sandbagger and a half apa's 4's have no business gambling unless you have people around you who know what they are doing matching you up and getting a spot you "might" be able to win with.
2nd, how is it this guys fault he hustled you? if you didn't know knocking someone's action was bad ettiquite you sure as hell should have heard of what a hustler is and what they do. again, if you didn't know what a hustler was you had no business putting money up.
3rd, and lastly, if you didn't accept in your mind that $200 bucks was an amount you could live without you never, ever, should have put it up.
on top of all these things you put money up with a guy you appearantly didn't know. what were you thinkin'?
You guys are funny blasting this APA4 for making a bad bet in the first place and then complaining about it online.

He's an APA4...they don't know enough about pool yet...playing, betting, matching up...whatever!

Playing 1P as an APA4 can be chalked up as "throwing money away"...unless you're playing ANOTHER APA4...

I guess the bottom line is that you made a very bad bet.

You took one on the chin...chill out!

U said tool shed. im in for 200 on that action .2149371972 ill b wherever u want.....can bet more mr bad ass.

That's trouble with gambling. It's common to hear; if someone lost, they got robbed. If someone won, they were stealing.

It's the same old refrain. I think part of gambling is NOT KNOWING THE OUTCOME. Sometimes you're the bug and sometimes you're the windshield.

You're not a bad guy for whining about your loss. No one likes to lose and you can bet your bottom dollar that MOST players when they get the worst of it are ready to howl at the moon, until they can get a game that they can win at.

In the pool hall where I grew up, we were taught to learn from your mistakes. We were taught to test the waters FIRST. That meant betting what you could easily afford to lose. OPEN knocking like you're doing here wasn't approved or condoned by any of the patrons. You could get some inside information without being kicked off the island but it was on the "QT" or if you are from this generation, the "down low", maybe like getting information through a PM or a phone call.

Anyway, Mr. Unknown can come through Metairie, LA anytime and pick up road money at Buffalo Billiards.

You need to get some pool lessons before you do any more gambling imo. I don't know many "fours" who are willing to bet $200 that Obama will run for re-election, let alone some even up one pocket. You had the guts to bet $200 and you get props for that. Some of the guys admonishing you might never consider betting $200 against an unknown player. Spend your next $200 on some pool lessons and prepare yourself a little better.

(MOST OF THE TIME: the better player is not gambling and knows what the outcome will be before the match starts. That's just the way it is in the pool world. Accept that fact and take your chances or stay out of the kitchen. I've always enjoyed the fear of the unknown but try to get some weight when I know the guy is a player)

i was playn 1 pocket we were playn apa 8ball!!!! 200 isnt alot to me but princible, credibility and honesty is though!!!!!

had to laugh my ass off at this one. Principal, credibility , and honesty?? Your justification for the sour grapes doesn't hold water. You had the larceny to think you were going to win something and it backfired.
Tony plays well, bt playing as good as JJ?? That is a total joke.
To put things into perspective, I beat tony in San Antonio a few months ago and i am a total has been. I am aware of how he and JJ both play and I turned down 11-7 from JJ!
This is funny! I guess it is true, you cant hustle an honest man!!
