I can get the live coverage, however, I have a friend that it is just a blank box where the live action should be, he gets the text to the right but does not show the action room. Does anyone have any ideas, does he need to join the site or download any software. We just got back from DCC and he is going crazy because he can't get the live stream. Any help would be great.
