Are these from a Japan made Balabushka or Chinese made?

What are the joint diameters?

Do they have the "THICK" silver rings? (Can't really see from this picture)

I have an ADAM Japan and am looking for a spare shaft that is 13mm or even larger. I don't want anything below 13mm.
