I do not play on diamonds, but I play on a Goldcrown one where the pocket liner is raised above the surface of the tableI think it's from the pocket liner on the diamond tables. I get that on my cues. It will come off.
1.Try rubbing very gently with a warm damp rag( Micro fiber cloth)
2. A very gentle non abrasive furniture polish might work also.
3. Magic Eraser warm water and go lightly/gently.
Or wait until you hear from a cue maker.
