This is a huge loss to me, since I paid $900 for the cue, around a month ago brand new....
I accept Paypal from credible buyers with good track records. Pics are below......
The cue was brand new, but I broke down and started playing with it in local tourneys, it's a great hitting cue.
1. "Bubinga" forearm and butt, in a warm brownish color with a orangish hue... "58.5 inches long, from bumper bottom to tip top"
2. Matching Southwest style ring work on collar of both shafts, cue joint collar and lower butt handle
3. Comes with 2 Shafts (1 shaft is brand new, the other has been used for the past 3 weeks, by me in several local tournaments. Unfortunately one used shaft now has a very, very slight ding in the middle part of the shaft that does not affect play at all, and can be taken out by an experienced cue repairman for cheap I am sure, if they know what they are doing.) It also has not been cleaned and has whatever wear that comes from playing hours in tournaments, without cleaning the shaft.
4. Upon purchase of cue I was told the joint collar was made of Ivory, but I'm not an Ivory or cue expert. It's possible that it has a Ivory butt cap too, it looks to be the same material as the joint collar, it has grain, but again, I am not a expert in Ivory or cues. It is possible that what looks to be Ivory is actually Elforin (a material that looks just like Ivory but is more durable?). But I had to say it's Ivory, because that is what the cue dealer who sold it to me said it was, also, incase he lied to me I had to add a disclaimer to protect myself, I am not trying to scam, that's for sure.
5. Genuine black lizard (or some kind of reptile) leather wrap
6. Brass Radial Pin
For what it's worth, I was told it retails for $1200.00, of course that's retail, but still gives a price range to start from, I paid $900.00 for the cue looking to get the best offer I can on the cue..........
Both shafts from tip to end of collar are 29.25 inches long
Cue is "58.5 inches long, from bumper bottom to tip top"
Not sure about weight of cue, but will look into it, I do not have a way to weigh it here at the house.
Balance point is approximately 19.75 inches from the butt of cue.....
