looks like a cog. it comes with two shafts. one shaft weighs just over 4 oz and has 25 growth rings per inch and hits really really stiff. the other shaft is bryan's standard shaft that has more flex to it. both are 13mm. cue weighs 19oz

in the bottom picture you can see a scuff that's in the butt of the cue. and the darker shaft on the left is crazy stiff!
