My thoughts exactly.....

Tommie didnt have a ton of money and wasnt able to get around and he got jerked around by this guy.

I think it best if you dont mention Tommie again, as he and I talked several times, and well....I am amazed some folks can sleep at night.

My friend wouldn't mind his $100 deposit back as well for a cue that was never built that he had to cancel the order after repeated lies.

You never made the cue, kept the money. I don't call that business either, I call it theft. Seems you have screwed so many people over you can't remember them all.
