Well that didn't take long to catch you in a flat out lie. He never received 1 picture during the whole process. Please see attached posts from 2012 from the thread below when all this blew up on your old account. Notice both Scrutch and myself mentioned the picture issue here (not sending 1 picture to show proof it even existed) and you did not rebuttal saying you sent pictures like you supposedly did from the post above.

You will also clearly see in Scrutch's post he says "17 months later without a single picture to prove any work had began on my cue I decided to say forget it and that I just wanted my $100 deposit back". So...yeah I guess him saying forget it is canceling his order...he just wanted his money back.

Here's an email Micheal (Gotulane) sent me on 8/1/2013 approx 7 years after he placed his order with you..

"Do you still have a crisp sneaky? Not sure on budget, not high dollar, but looking for a keeper. I actually want something to use for a while as I get back on my feet. Still in Nola, but just been rough and too many issues I had to deal with so I had no time or $ to work with. And I have finally given up on my Jim Lee cue, can't reach or find him so out that $$."


Jim what do you think of the last line in Gotulane's email??

"I have finally given up on my Jim Lee cue, can't reach or find him so out that $$".

So I'll ask again, did you finish and deliver Gotulane's cue in the past 3 years, or are we going strong on this 10 year old excuse of a cue??

Well Mr Wilson already asked him a question about proof, etc. and so far Jim hasn't answered it, so I believe the thread is being monitored by the mods.

So Jim, now that I have proven you never sent him any pictures can my friend have his $100 back or are you going to still refuse to refund him based on that situation?
 
Jimmy, ignoring the past issue is not going to make it go away.

Once again, what proof do you have that the order was cancelled?

They are the two gentleman I owe cues to. They are eagerly awaiting their cues and we are in total agreement on this issue. As stated before, I owe no one money, just cues. This is just drama for snowman and spimp that continue to do this.
I am fully aware you are one of the owners of this site. I am not in here to cause trouble. Nore have I since i rejoined under my real name and not my closed cue business. I am not selling one thing here.
This is past business from many years ago which i blew up on after many pages of lies, threats and name calling which I admit, i did very harshly. I was also banned for my actions for 1 year, which I stayed off this site for much longer than that ban. I served my time and am not causing problems now.
Yet these gentleman can post in a cue gallery thread and attack me and I am the one to show proof? I challenge you few on this thread, you show proof of all these owed cues you all say I owe, and all the owed moneys I keep being blamed for?
I didn't comment back on this thread to those gentleman cause I wasn't trying to create drama or a fight. Just showing old pics of old cues I built, many being built for AZ members right here.
I got behind and got an illness that will shorten my life. I am working on the owed cues now and a few repairs to make those people whole again with me. If this isn't good enough for the few that keep posting who DO NOT have any business owed to them, I apologize. I am making it right, with those customers, it's all I can do. And those customers are just fine with that!

Since you want to drop names and make it out that you "explained all of this", you were also NOT exonerated.

It is my feeling that you owe more than 2 cues. My opinion.

I showed proof up above on where you lied and never sent my friend pictures to show that the cue existed (to which he would have waited for you to finish it), so he unfortunately wanted his money back so he could have a cue built by someone else. I have my friends back and you should do the right thing and refund him the $100, plain and simple.
 
Jim, there was never any verbal communication between us besides our initial phone call going over what i wanted. I ask again, after all the proof that spimp provided earlier in this thread that after 17 months you failed to provide even 1 picture to prove it had even been started on. That you give me my $100 back.
