Aiming Teams

Stan, I have all the respect for you as a coach and your knowledge...
But I don`t think this is about whose or what system works better...All systems work the problem with systems is that many people who teach them , are not very good at what they do,and i`am talking about the fly by night guys...And as a result many players will say that the system doesn`t work...

I would do what your asking for but I would like to use one unknown person and give him a 4 hour lesson and see which one of them he thought was the easiest to learn...

I have given 60 phone lessons as far as China and most all of the people hit 17 and as much as 20 out of 20 shots...And that was just a phone lesson that I gave from my sofa....

Ron, I agree 100% that this is not about which system works better. I indicated that my post was not serious and just for fun. I had been sweating serious aiming post for over a week and just felt the need to put a little bit of light-heart humor into a thread, that's all.

Ron, I had training in CTE and learned that system very well. I went on a journey of about 2 years to take the system to a new level. I think I have done just that with PRO ONE.
I worked with CTE and reduced the variables to 4. Each variable is easily taught and easily understood by aspiring learners.

My main career put me into an elementary classroom for 30 years and as a result my preferred method of teaching is thru demostration and verbal explanation. ( I have not graduated to phone lessons as of yet) Bless you! (But I may do so in the future)

Ron, I'd really enjoy meeting you and working with you. If I am ever in your area I'd like to visit. If you're ever in the Kentucky area....please let me know.

Me too; especially since most of the pros use the DAM system.

I can't wait for the slaughter to begin,
Dave

Dave, We'd need a good numbers man for the scoreboard. You would do a fine job there! But, as an official, you couldn't be hoping that one team would slaughter the other.

I certainly wouldn't be on the DAM team as a player because I don't dedicate enough practice time to be a great player. I have a day job and way too many hobbies and personal/professional commitments. Regardless, if there were such a tournament, I would pick the team with the best players (who can aim and shoot well with any system). I certainly wouldn't pick the team with the best name or based on what "system" they may or may not have learned.

Regards,
Dave

PS: I would be happy to run the scoreboard. I could also serve drinks and be the rack boy.

Thanks to those of you who joined in on a little bit of silliness in this thread.

Back to the serious side of things now.
