Trust me the feed looked WAY better than this as my camera isn't the best. The dvds will look 10 times better. I can only believe this will help sell the DVDs as this will get more people talking about the match and the commentary is awesome. They called that Alex would scratch on the break!

If TAR wants me to remove it from you tube I will.

Hey, thanks so much.

Who is commentating? I think it is Fred the Cornerman and somebody named Ken?

Fred sounds just like Mike Howerton on the mic! :p

I don't know but it was very entertaining commentating. They weren't afraid to make predictions at all like they seem to be on espn. lol.

They said that at one point, Alex was down 22 games the first day, and then Alex was down 15 games at one point on the second day.

Shane Van Boening is a remarkable player and is still a force to be reckoned with. He has many more years to have a payback challenge match with Alex.

What separates the Lion from a lamb in this instance is Alex's many, many, many years of experience gambling. He knows how to come back from the dead, so to speak.

This last rack, both players made errors and mistakes. I think the commentator said the balls were dirty, too! They both missed some fairly easy shots when there were four balls left on the table.

20 dimes goes to Alex Pagulayan, in addition to his World Pool Masters winnings. Will he win the Predator 10-ball Championship?

The kid is on a roll! I hope he brings home the bacon and not leave any of it in that Vegas town. Western Union can be a pool player's friend in more ways than one. Ship it home, Alex. Ship it home now.

So was this a more unbelievable comeback than the Color of Money comeback that Reyes put on Strickland?

There are a lot of similarities in that a Filipino came back from being stuck a deficit and ended up defeating an American. I don't know if Earl was the favorite in that match.

Actually, I'm not sure if Shane was the favorite in this match. I would love to know what the lines would have been from a bookmaker, as well as how much was bet on each player.

Alex Pagulayan is the real deal. There's no question about it! :)

Yes Alex, say Aloha to your Benjamins! Phobe, Dylan and Drey are waiting for it!

Some corrections JAM, I believe the 22 game deficit was on the 2nd day (41-63) and the 15 game deficit was on the 3rd and final day.

Thnx for the vid Luxury! Rep coming your way!

Thanks. I had it blown up on my 42 inch plasma so I could film it. Getting the cable to hook my monitor up to my tv was the best move I ever made to watch the TAR matches on.

I know one of them was Ken Shuman from Sacramento, CA. He is a BCA National Referee and a Tournament Director.

They did an awesome job of commentating! Thanks guys!

Good question. I'm sure the comparison will be made often.

Reyes' comeback was awesome to be sure, but I still think Strickland could have won it. It seemed like, perhaps out of frustration, Strickland gave up on his last few opportunities. His last 2 or 3 shots, he approached the table with a "whatever..." attitude and threw his cue at the ball. He scratched on a shot that he shouldn't have, etc. I was disappointed because it seemed like he gave up when he still had every chance.

In this case, it seemed like SVB did try till the bitter end, and still got steamrolled.

There was a shot in the last ten or so games where alex rail first caroms the 4 ball in out of nowhere. One of the best shots I ever saw. Buy the DVD.

yes! it was a long rail first and the ball he caromed off was not close to the pocket. no one saw it coming. i believe I got that one filmed as well.
