In my books Not only is Alex my favorite pool player, for me he is the best pool player out there. Whether he won or loss this tournament. He is the only pool player that will play and gamble anyone in any type of pool game. And that's a fact. What you guys saw this weekend at the US open is just a mere glimpse of "The Lion's" Greatness.....

During the last TAR match I saw some of the best kicking and banking ever by Alex in recent years. The safety battles between them almost got the best of Shane early.

Yeah, he might have won a few tournaments at 9-ball, 10-ball, 8-ball, 1-pocket, short rack banks, and snooker.
...and he might be a world class poker player....and he might have beaten
'Bata' at chess....and he might be able to do a standing broad jump about
4 feet farther than you think possible........
....but he's never won a 3-cushion tournament
...and who did he ever beat at backgammon?

Alex can play all games, I think, with talent. I'll bet he could play 3-cushion if he ever set his mind to it. This is a very popular game in the ASEAN region of the world, so he may already have played it for all we know.

...and I've seen Alex play 3-cushion...he couldn't make a ball..
