I didn't watch past the first few racks but, what I did see, didn't look very much like a National Championship final.

Not trying to be negative, just to me it doesn't seem representative of the talent in the region given all of the sharpshooter snooker players.

It could also be that they weren't settled in yet and after the third rack they began playing better.

The black cloth with the Jack Daniels logo didn't enhance the experience.

The cloth looks slow, kind of like the cloth we used to use here pre-Simonis days.

I enjoyed the video. It gave me a flavor of the Irish pool scene. It is interesting how the one player's bridge was an open-handed one.

Now, what I want to know is how did they get Jack Daniels to sponsor? :p

I love hearing those Irish accents. McCready and me are going there someday, I tell you. We'll fit right in! :smile:

I thought that about the sponsorship, too. ;)

And definitely, the balls were running a bit slow.

I've got lots of Irish in me and would love some day to get to this magnificent place. The music playing in the background was nice.
