nothing new from me but a good friend of mine ran 203 last night ! i was watching only the last 80 balls after he told me that he is at 125. It´s greta to see him play like he used to like 10 yrs ago, hope he keeps it up, he really is one of the best in germany when his game is on top...so now i have a new goal...break 203 haha
Atm innerstate tournaments (qualifiers for german championships- dunno how to translate that perfectly -_-) will come soon- After 9-Ball were played ( 3rd place-first 9-Ball tournament after 10 years.....felt like first time on a tournament-rofl!! but was satisfied to reach the semi-final). Next tournament will be 10-Ball-so i m playin much 10-ball atm-
just doing 1 or 2 Equal Offense if i start practising. Several 30 s and 40 s....not able to run higher-runs atm. Strange thing because i personally have really fun atm to play, and even so i feel pretty good. But i m sure that the problem is just that is all about practise-the shooter-abilities not like before

3rd place after a 10 yr lay off...... Very, very good. Very strong. It is hard to beat some of those young guns who live in pool rooms all day and only play 9-ball.
Glad you love & are playing 14.1 again. 30's & 40's are good and it will get better.

God...i felt like a kid on his first tournament.....the 9 plastic clumps on the table were like hardcore-scrabble for me . And i must say that i really ve had a bit luck that i didn t have to play rly good players on the beginning- strategy and safety helped me out....-
Anyway i m just lucky to play again- and now i like more to give my knowledge to other guys and teach instead of trying to be a winner- I really love it if a guy is enjoying and listening about the game....and if he s thanksfull after all-then i had a good day
but i think you all know it...sometimes you just want to know *if you still got it* and try it-no matter if it would work or not. Now it s just a good time for me without getting crazy missin easy shots etc. - I m able to laugh about it and just sittin down with a smile and watch my opponent.
For sure i ll play 2-3 tournaments now (those single-innerstate 10-B and 14.1)- but i think about finish finishing league then and try to work as an instructor/trainer in a club and of course with private ppl. When i have the official license again in autumn i m sure to do this-and happy because 2 guys already asked about giving training in their clubs. To work with *young kids and hungry guys* is what im lookin for mostly.
And if i practice alone or workin out some drills for others-i just enjoy if all also works for good for me- LOL - a few weeks ago i sent randy a vid to watch (no repeatable stroke- no constantly pep..) and it was teasin me a bit for sure seeing me- but RandyG was so amazingly nice to gimme a comment on this very short movie....he is without any question so experienced that he helped me with 1-2 sentence- and the game really really suddenly increased in a positive way- just because thinkin again about the really important things. Right 1 day after his comment i ran a 50 or 60 or so- and felt like a kiddi on x-mas-ROTFL.
And i m enjoying the same way if i m able to help another guy out with my knowledge now. This forum here-and especially those extremly good instructors like Scott, Randy, Steve, blackjack, and for sure GreyGhost (very much respect for your comments!) brought me back *the fire* to teach and to give my knowledge away.
You all can t imagine what this meant to me. thx for this huge platform of pure knowledgement about our love game.

It is a pleasure to read a post to hear that a player is so dedicated to the sport & wanting to teach young players & even established players who are willing to learn more. This sport needs more people like you and Randy G.
I am good friends with Randy G. and know him now for well over 20 yrs. He is a gentlemen and always will take time to help a player when they ask a question. Both Randy G. & I play in the same A-Master League.
Anyways, just wanted to let you know that I appreciate your attitude.
