Actually... no apology necessary, as it was obviously a tough story for you to tell. AZB is a family (there are some step kids, tho, and funny uncles, I'm sure), but we appreciate you trying to help another on here. :thumbup:

I've done my "research" on posts 20 (the "admission") thru 37 (the 2nd reiteration) and here are my findings.

Out of the 16 posts...

4 were from made by me, pointing out the "obvious"
2 were made by corvette who "got it" but decided to work on his "acting skills"
3 were made by Steve, Andrew, & Terry, who "got it" and/or read post 20.
1 was from JohnnyT
6 were from people that either didn't read past the original post or still didn't "get it" even after reading post # 20.

10 different people (not counting Johnny)
4 read post #20
6 did not read post #20

Out of 10 people, 60% didn't read the whole thread, or at least all the threads from the original poster before replying.

My final assessment is - I think this is a good argument for why people need to "educate" themselves before partaking in a group discussion. :thumbup:

25 years of being a Plumbing contractor and I can say the "desperate housewife" stuff is all in your heads......it NEVER happens!.....

the fun stuff is explaining to the house wives whats wrong with the plumbing parts with names like.....nipples, hose cocks, female/male adapters, etc.... all in good fun!

18 years as a plumber.I have been chased around the house by some pretty scary ladies(twice).These women were not desperate housewives though just desperate and perhaps a bit psychotic.Never have I been propositioned by a housewife or girlfriend.They might flirt a bit to get a smaller bill but that's about it.

It is not uncommon for a wife to wait till the hubby is away before calling a pro to do work in the house.IMO this is just so she can have the job done without resistance from the husband.

I think/hope this thread was started tongue-in-cheek?
