Hello to all. I have received many e-mails, and phone calls over the last few days. This is a high light of what transpired....while at the Hopkins Show....

The American Cuemaker's Association, presented Janice [ my late wife ], and me, an award for being the founders of the ACA.
I got to tell you guys, it was a FIRST CLASS affair. Dinner, drinks, and awards was top shelf.

Congrads goes out to Jerry McWortter, {Cuemaker of the year}, and to Brandon Jacoby, Cue of the year.

Here's what the awards says,

To Leonard and Janice Bludworth in
appreciation for the hard work, dedication
& efforts in founding the
American Cuemaker's association.

Presented
March 15, 2008.

If Janice was here, she would be as proud as can be. I do know for a fact, that she was proud to be a founder, and would be very proud of the ACA, and the direction it's heading.

This was also, a special night for me and my new wife, Suzanne. We just got married Dec. 1st-07.
She also had a great time, and was proud for both Janice and me..

Our thanks go out to many who have deoted there time to this fine association.

Hey, Bob, Nice to see your out and about. Yes, it was really nice for the both of us. Those folks put on a hell of an affair for us.

Leonard...Congratulations on the award. You've done a LOT for the cuemaking industry over the years, and it's nice to see you (and Janice) get some industry recognition for founding a great organization! I saw you at the SBE, but you were headed somewhere in a hurry, so I didn't get to say 'hi'! Probably see you in Vegas in May though!

Hello, Scott,
sorry but I won't be in Vegas in May, but will be at the APA, in August, which will be my last outting for cue repair, and selling my last 4 or 5 cues.
Hope you can make it?
