It's like 'feeding the wolf'.....gonna have a bunch of people thinking they can get away
with assault.....you are doing society a disservice.

My role around the pool world has been as a peace maker......
...but there's a time to put up your dukes.

....and when I was running my own room, anybody who hit someone was barred....

He told mw he was playing a guy 9 ball race to 7 for 500.00 on the gold crowns. The other guy did not take kindly to my former team mate playing a whole lot better than he thought he could and as a result refused to pay and gave my former team mate a black eye.

I can see where that would cause some people to hate gambling with serious players.

Tom Ferry had a great list of rules for gambling. One was when you are playing somebody you don't know have them post the money ahead of time.

Regarding the problem you had in your league it isn't exclusive to the APA. I've played in BCA, APA, in house and the only difference is the rules. The people who show up are the same.

Hahaha.. He's just barking but if he's serious I will put a large sum of money in the middle and bet the rail with any friends that decide to come for the ride.
