Hi guys

I'm hoping someone here can help me out. Recently I've really been suffering really badly with arthritis in my legs and its makes it pretty difficult to get around without the aid of a cane. I do have one of those generic gray numbers(which is actually my dads! lol) but its really not my style, I'm 30, not 70.
So i got thinking maybe a cue maker could make me something more to my tastes, say a couple of inlays or maybe some rings, I'm open to ideas. I understand that a lot of you haven't got time to take on these kind of jobs but if anyone fancies taking it on and could give me a rough ballpark figure I'd really appreciate it. I'm not really fussy about what wood would be used just as long as it looks better than my current one, lol. :grin-square:

Most cuemakers could do this for you if they wanted to. But you can go to a store that carries these types of items and find something really cool for much cheaper than a cuemaker could make you one. I saw some cool canes at a state park vistor center for sale for under $50 a couple of weeks ago.
 
Sorry to hear about your condition. Google exotic wood canes for LOTS of choices.

Have you tried a copper/magnetic bracelet. They work well for some folks.
You can purchase them at most pharmacies. There was also a fellow who made nice looking canes out of old pool cues and the money went to his church.
He sold them on EBay. Ebay does have an assortment of canes, some with exotic wood.

I have tried them, i made some through work.My mother swears by them but for me they haven't really done anything.
