I have a beautiful Andy Gilbert jump break cue for sale. It is 19.3 oz. 2 shafts one 13 mm the other 14 mm. Great cue, just cleaned up by Andy himself. No nicks, dings or scratches anywhere on this cue. This cue looks brand new except for minor bluing on the shafts, which Andy did a good job of removing. It is ebony with a nice curly maple forearm, small lacewood points in larger ebony points, with a lacewood-ebony-curly maple butterfly splice in the bottom. Phenolic tip on 14 mm shaft , talisman hard tip on 13 mm shaft. I am asking $450 delivered. This cue plays exceptionally well as do all of Andy's cues. Please email me for pics (jscincy@cinci.rr.com). I'm new to posting on AZ and haven't quite figured it out yet.

Thanks, Jim

Jim,Nice looking Gilbert.Hey come off some of your Searings you know thats what I like.

Gilbert

That's a beautiful and unique cue. I've never played with a Gilbert but I've heard several times that people use his jump/break cues as their regular playing cues (with standard shafts of course) because they hit so well.

What is the thread at the jump joint? Quick release or ...??

Hey Bill, you know that you're not supposed to say the "S" word in public. What's going on?

Gilbert for sale

Just relisting my gilbert, to see if anyone is still interested, thanks Jim

I can honestly agree that some people DO use the j/b for a main cue. I just got one myself and I must say that I am making the transition! The Gilbert is friggin awesome! This just camse after I got my Deveney J/B. I'm having a hard time deciding which one I want to use for my main playing cue.

I heard the only reason the searing jim has plays so good is because a world champion from cincy used it before him and put so many shots in it it has autopilot
