I've also noticed many Filipino players grew up playing 15 ball rotation. Americans, on the other hand, exclusively play 9 or 10 ball.

Very simple, the Americans need more balls.

Shane’s cue is nearly 22 oz. Dennis was using a Meucci with the extension. So that’s most likely around 21-22oz. So, the US was actually using heavier cues than the Euros.
