You guys are right on ...the silver work says McWorter and the design does look like it could be Chudy's work to me too. Neither guess is correct though.

I don't want to dangle the carrot too long so I'll offer a small hint:
I shot close up pics of the inlays so you would not see the ringwork. Not that the rings are especially fancy, but they are like a trademark for the maker and might give the cue away. All his cues that I have seen have the same rings throughout.
I'll post a picture of the full butt sleeve and rings tonight after work if no one has guessed correctly.

You know I'm a big Gilbert fan...he is really one of my favorites. You and Big-tattoo are right that the abalone inlay looks Gilbertesque but this isn't his work. Rep to youScottR said:
