Never open any link in a Email that goes to a dsecured site, eg from Pay Pal open the site using the browser by typing in the site name. The other is if it is really from a secured site your name will be listed in the salutation such as John Doe instead of a general PayPay Account Holder. The best way is to always go to the site directly in another window.
