Any experience with a folding ball rack?

I've seen one before but can't locate it now. It was a folding ball rack with just two sides (back is open with a hinge in the front).

I've had to start playing in bars and they have flexible, broken plastic racks. No way I can rack the balls tight. Would rather not use a magic rack-type device because the people I play with don't do well with "new" equipment.

So, do you know where I can find a folding ball rack...and do you have good/bad experience with them?

Many thanks.

Wileydog over at NPR makes em outta genuine wood. Imagine dat eh.

I can't remember what he was asking but I can tell you, not close to a hunert beans.

I designed one years ago - two versions - one a folding rack with three sides and the other a rack that snaps together in seconds.

I guess I should go ahead and get that project going.

There was a metal version advertised a couple years ago.... JoeyA did a review on it back then.

Can't remember the name or price. Looked pretty nice at the time.
