Any experience with DZ cues they look great. How is the build quality and the playability

Murph4749, Howdy;

NO, I have ZERO experience in dealing with Mr. Dzuricky. However, here's a link to his website;
Also, down on the Ask the Cuemaker forum his replies appear to be well respected.
Do your research and arrive at your own decision. The first step is digging out the information
that you feel is helpful to YOU. No one else can make the decision for you.

No experience with him, however I have sent him an email asking about refinishing an old titlist. He responded in a few days, and gave me some great info. He also has a YouTube channel that has many short little clips and some instructional stuff.

Hes cues look great, and someday I'll get my hands on one

I'm a proud owner of a DZ cue. It actually is on one of his videos, I think. Someone else had it built but for some reason didn't follow through with it I think. I saw it on his site so bought it.
The quality, construction, and hit is fantastic. I had him send it with a 30" shaft with a 12.75 mm diameter.
I may be ordering a 30" Jacoby Ultra shaft for it as that is the shaft I'm most used to playing with.
He was very easy to deal with when purchasing. Also, I had discussed having a wrap less cue made without points, but didn't follow through with that, but he always responded to my questions promptly.

I owned this cue for a while and loved it. Only sold it because I had too many cues and I didn't like taking this one to bars and I didn't like it just sitting there. Another AZB member who is more of a collector now owns it.

I have one...it looks great and plays even better.
Not only is he a master craftsman, but a great guy also.
Zero risk getting Bob to make you a cue.
I also think his cues are a bargain in terms of value.

Great cuemaker. Great guy. Excellent photographer. Some of the best how-to videos out there on how he builds cues, with great explanations in case you ever wondered how half-spliced (short spliced) cue is done.

Great looking cue! That inlay almost looks like the old school Lincoln logo, me likey.

Some of you got to remember member Duke boy, or whatever his username was.

I had a run in with him over a comment about a close friend. He owned a DZ cue and that became a mess for Bob. As I recall Bob finally told him to go away and stay away.

Whenever Bob’s name comes up I am reminded of that character..

I consider Bob a personal friend, he is beyond reproach, both as a Cue-Maker, and a human. You will not find a more solid individual, or cleaner work. His word is gold in my book.
Best regards

I wonder how long until he is accepting orders again...
