Any GOOD Organizations in other countries?

Is there a country that has an organization for pool that helps the players and the promoters and is not corrupt? Maybe not having one in the USA isn't a bad idea after all. Johnnyt

I wouldn't say that any organization is corrupt. You will always have disagreements within an organization. Pool players, fans, and/or promoters that are not directly involved within the organization will cry-out "corruption" as a defense mechanism because of their own inaction/un-involvement with some of the decisions made within the organization.

Many World organizations are having the same or similar problems that we see in the U.S. Mainly because of lack of sponsorship. Therefore, Players mostly carry the responsibility of covering tournament prizes with their entry fees. Sometimes a couple of hundreds to a few thousands are added because of the "kindness" of a few sponsors.

In essence the problem we see in the U.S, is something "Global."
