it's a brunswick. i had one with the same handle but it didn't have any inlays.

YEP, sold as a Brunswick. The inlays aren't really individual inlays. They are glued up decorative "bandings", often used in veneered furniture and boxes. They are made of stacked, sawn, re-sawn and ripped glued up blocks to form patterns. Once the strip is cut, they are about 1/32" thick and installed by glue into a routed groove.
